It's not that there is anything wrong with this listing. This is a ResMed connector to be used to connect to an F20 mask to the smaller diameter Air-Mini (travel CPAP machine) tubing. So it deserves its 5 stars, and I was able to return it.I looked at so many listings that either had poor ratings, wouldn't work or couldn't be made to somehow work, that I think I fried my brain. I was so focused on finding a way to connect the F30 to my AirMini that I didn't read the listing carefully enough.I ended up purchasing a poorly reviewed fitting that steps from the normal-sized tubing to the AirMini tubing. As the fitting kept popping off the hose, I ended up using 4 to 5 toothpicks to stabilize the junction. I then covered the junction and toothpicks with multiple layers (maybe 5 or 6) of 1" bandage tape (clear or fabric worked well). On this last try (no tooth picks and/ or not enough tape layers works) the modified junction worked well.My irritation is that ResMed makes it nearly impossible to use the masks that I use at home (F30 & F30i) when I travel. I'm retired, I travel frequently. Most (if not all) CPAP machines used in the home take the same larger diameter tubing. Mask manufacturers want customers to be able to use their mask with any common CPAP machine. Even if a company also manufactures machines as ResMed does, they still want everyone who has any brand machine to be able to use their masks. And, all machines I know of use the larger diameter hose - except the AirMini. ResMed makes only a few style masks for the AirMini, and none of them fit me as well. I'm getting off my soapbox now.

The part fit as advertised. It arrived in a plastic case which is nice to use when I travel to protect the mask connection fitting.I will buy this again when I need to replace it.

Needed this when I switched out masks, not realizing it would need a new connector. Item is a factory product and works great. Good to know I can get some supplies on Amazon when I'm in a bind.

I use my AirMini CPAP whenever we travel. Lightweight and small and does the job but the main issue I've always had with it is the ResMed F20 connector. If you catch the hose on anything while sleeping, it's probably going to pull the connector off your mask. Yep, you might pop it back on, but it will continue to fail. We were on a six week RV and it happened week one. No place local to purchase and we had to look ahead for timing and finally placed the order to be delivered to an Amazon Drop Box on our way. The product itself is great - came in a two pack so I have a spare. So far, it's worked great so we'll definitely order another pair just in case.

This connector is invaluable to connect a ResMed mask to the air supply hose from my CPAP unit.
