Works well, easy to install. Product description could be clearer.
Works nicely on my Z726L. For those curious about installation, it actually slides inside the frame. You will have to remove the endcap where you want to install it and slide the stand inside. This allows you to still freely adjust the cross-member on the Z stand. The microphone attachment it comes with is the larger 5/8" so check your size and buy an adapter if needed.

Works great. I use it for an overhead microphone. I attached the stand to the side of my desk for video-conferencing. Boom the mic over my head. Works perfectly.
