This vitamin I have been taking since 2018 with great success. After bariatric surgery, my follow up blood work indicated that I was deficient in several vitamin and mineral daily requirements including iron. With restrictions on my possible food intake due to surgery, this multivitamin was recommended by my dietician to meet my needs. It worked and is still working. I use these vitamins by blending them into my protein shakes. Works out very well with no vitamiin taste. They are a bit pricey but they seem to be high quality.

I myself personally don't like chewable. I would rather have the swallow tablets
