I love having the herb filter and the fruit infusing tubes. It’s really thin plastic though so I don’t know how long it will last. I wouldn’t try to put hot water in it for tea. I think it would melt.

I absolutely love the tips and tricks and the recipe e book they provide. There are many things I didn’t know that help make my water come out the way I want. Thank you for a great product!

I got this to use my garden mint and make delicious infused water. First of all, it's advertised as being able to easily fit in the refrigerator. Well, the lid with the huge rounded pouring top was way too tall for my shelves (and I have plenty of tall areas) and I had to rearrange some shelves just to get it to fit. Then the lid screws on, but never good enough to prevent water from leading when you tilt it to pour. The infuser does work quite well and the flavored waters are good. But there are some serious issues with it. I have not used the ice tray to comment on it.

I bought this two years ago for infused water, but quickly realized the tea infuser cartridge would work for cold brew. Now this is my cold brew pitcher in the summer months, and I had to find something else for water!We use it daily, clean in the dishwasher, and have had no problems. Of course the rubber seal will eventually grow mold, so be sure to check it occasionally to remove, clean, and reinsert as needed. Make sure you get it back in place correctly or the pitcher will leak.As I stated I make lots of cold brew, and so far no issues with the cartridge not fitting.For the curious, you can use pretty cheap coffee for cold brew and still end up with a very smooth (not bitter) drink. It's very strong though, so I actually use half decaff just to keep me from getting the shakes if I drink more than one glass in a day. I've tried it with milk, coconut milk, oat milk, and soy milk. All taste different but still good.Since it's cold, don't just throw sugar in. I've used liquid vanilla stevia, honey, sweetened condensed milk, and homemade flavored simple syrups. You really can't go wrong. Just mix up a batch the night before and you're ready to go in the morning!I enjoy mine so much I've bought two more as gifts.

Love the size and Product, however it does leak down the side when you pour out the liquid.

Tried it and from my perspective the water never got the favorable taste that I hoped for and if you want the recipes you will need to register it otherwise you don't get them with the purchase. Also leaked out of the top when shaking it to infuse flavor from the fruit very disappointed.

Did not receive the ice ball so missing parts. The rest looks okay not as advertised.

Cons:- Feels VERY CHEAP / PLASTIC-Y, like it's going to break on you at any given moment. Especially when you open/uncover/close the top.- I've already had issues with the different parts being stuck together for no apparent reason and anticipating it to break trying to unscrew parts.- Not sure I'm ever going to need giant balls of ice.. Kind of wish it wasn't included.. more kitchen clutter.Pro's:- The shape is okay.. was looking for a square shape so it fits in a fridge better, but I appreciate the slim sides on it, it makes a difference. The shape and height is very odd overall. not the easiest to fit in the fridge which is my intended home for it.- I did a lot of research on related pitchers/infusers. It does do what I need it to do. I don't know how much I trust hot water in it due to being made of plastic, but it turns out most teas I make are fine using cold water, and I can use stevia instead of having to make a hot simple syrup for sweetner.

A bit disappointed with this product! The strainer inside is extremely difficult to set in place. If you don’t get it right the water leaks out.

Inside barrel keeps getting stuck and does not go all the way down the pitcher. The barrel fits very little fruit in it. Cannot use for tea leaves. Disappointing

Early days but we've already sampled some cold infused fruit teas and they are a perfect beverage for the summer.

I do you like the product of the tea container it’s not attached to the lift properly send it back for a refund but I will be ordering another one as the one I have might just be a default
