Universal Air Conditioner KT 4359 A/C Compressor/Component Kit

My 1999 Jeep Cherokee 4.0 was missing several AC parts due to front end damage a few years back. I had already purchased a condenser, so this included everything else that I needed.The receiver/drier was slightly smaller in diameter than the original, so I used a thin strip of rubber under the bracket for a snugger fit.Note: Chrysler/Jeep uses four small metal keeper clips over the quick-release hose unions. These are a dealer-only part and are vital to keep the couplings from blowing open during pressurization. Be sure you have all four clips in place before adding refrigerant. My Jeep uses three identical clips for the smaller diameter tubes (clips colored black), and one for a larger diameter tube (clip is colored natural metal).

The dryer was too short and not painted black. ( brushed aluminum)The connector plug was crushed, but was able to use one off another old compressor.,

Turns out I really only needed the pump. It was plug and play and when I got to the Firestone for a recharge there were no leaks in the system. Really simple other than the cost of the AC service afterwards.

Nice kit for the price unfortunately I have a burned-out fuse above link or something I know it works because I’ve tested it but unfortunately the rest of my system seems to be crap anyways that being said the price was right the quality is good couldn’t ask for any better than that good job

works as designed, been blowin cold air for at least six months

Came with everything you need to replace the components. A/C is now super cold.

Correct part for 97 Jeep Cherokee

Something is wrong with this product now my high side pressure is around 450-500 psi and stops blowing cold. One of the parts is defective and Don't know which one. New condenser also
