During a move we lost our remote for our awning and this was the perfect compatible replacement. It worked flawlessly out of the box and was easy to connect and the price was right.

Our remote for our patio screen broke. The power screen distributer who sold and installed it was no longer in business. After a few searches I found it online. On of the sellers was Amazon. They had it there the next day. It didn't require any pairing or syncing. It has a pretty good range. I can stand in the living room and open and close the screen. Very handy when it's raining. It has been working perfectly for about a year. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it.

We misplaced our remote on an awning that was about 12 years old. I ordered a Somify remote thinking there is no way this will work. The instructions weren’t very good but with a quick search on YouTube for a visual it was up and running in no time. Directions could be a little clearer that come with remote.

I conducted extensive research to make certain this device would work with my awning system. It DOES! Admirably! With the old remote I could not So the motor part way. This one has a Stop button and compatible with my (This is the past that needs the update later). Great unit, least expensive option, and is an Upgrade to what I had. Extremely happy customer!

This remote likely costs them about $3 to make. And they’re charging us nearly $100 for each one? They know there aren’t any other options. So I guess we must just conclude that Somfy is a business lacking in ethics. :)

We moved into a home with a sunsetter 1100 series motorized awning, alas there was no remote. After a short Google search I figured out how to reset the motor so I knew it worked. I then ordered this remote with skepticism because of the age of the awning but after the power reset and then pushing and holding the program button on back of the remote for 10 seconds and the motor came to life! I couldn't be happier! So much better than using the manual crank like we have for past few months.

Wounderful after 20 + years of worry wartting about my only Somfy remote [still working] forgot torder a back up 20+ years ago and this new one programmed within minutes. Just press the Tiny program button on Back of original wait for a second no/jog/or jog of awning then prees new program button on new remote, wait for Jog and in my case [No Jog of awning in or out. I did have to wait until all programming had timed out about 1-2 minutes then both old and new remotes worked!! The MY button also functions as a STOP button with out any additiobnal program steps steps. My old remote Model ID TELIS 1 RTS

Funciona perfecto, en menos de 30 segundos lo pude sincronizar y sustituir el anterior, que era de los cuadrados viejos. Es un tanto caro, pero funciona perfectamente.
