Love this phone great battery life, love the camera. This was so easy to set up and has great life works like a champ fast charge time the dual sim ability is also a huge plus.

Got the phone for my husband because his old military grade Kyocera phone was coming to the end of its life and he wanted a tough phone because he works as a grounds keeper and is lots of dust, dirt, water, and other environmental conditions. I saw this phone listed in an article about top 10 tough phones for American use. Got the phone in a timely manner. My husband liked the weight of it and I liked that the back was bright orange in case it got lost out in the landscaping. Was surprised and disappointed to see that it was an EU charging cord not a US one. Since it could wirelessly charge wasn't too concerned at first though. Had trouble transferring information between the old phone and new but after a lot of persistence got most of it to transfer. Found out the next day that it was not accepting calls at some point during the day but text was working. He had to shut down and restart the phone (after having missed several calls from a coworker and myself) and that seemed to work. Later he found that he couldn't access his voicemail with the phone. Because of work and health issues having a phone that is fully functional is an absolute necessity! Talked to a techy friend and he advised us to send it back and get another phone. While packaging the phone back into it's box I noticed that it said EU software installed (wondering if that's part of why we were having so much trouble?).It's now almost two weeks since I mailed it back and it seems that Amazon has still not received it? Hopefully they get it soon and process our refund. It's not the most expensive phone but it's $300 I could use since I had to purchase a different phone that is compatible with our Verizon service.

This phone is AMAZING. The REAL night vision camera is awesome. It's not just some sort of brightness setting or low light setting... it's an actual infrared camera that is crystal clear even in the darkest of rooms. This phone has ALL the features of a brand new 2022 IPhone or Samsung phone including fingerprint reader, EXTREMELY long (48+ hour) battery life. It's waterPROOF, shockPROOF, and it gives a 5 star BJ.

This is my 2nd device and as before microphone does not work as expected, people on other end cannot hear me well, this started about 2 weeks after initial use of phone....for the 2nd time, will not buy again from this company phones.

This is my second Doogee phone. The first one was pretty good except the speaker went out of it. I took a chance and purchased this updated one. So far I am very satisfied. The screen is good, and the phone is super responsive. Apps open virtually instantly no matter how many I currently have open. Scrolling through FB is very good. No hesitation or waiting to catch up. The battery life is really good. I only charge every other day. The speaker is very loud, no distortion at all. The fingerprint sensor is VERY good. The camera... SUPBERB! I love taking pictures again. The pictures are so clear, and taking pictures in total darkness is just fun. Good job.

2 weeks of use review.A solid phone, nice weight and feel.Touch screen is a bit wonky at times, need to be aware of what you are typing.Battery life is not great considering the size. I get only 1 full day on a fresh battery, only a little bit better than my previous phone, a Samsung Note 9.I have issues with the visual voicemail altho not sure if it is the phone or my carrier, T-Mobile.

Bought this phone because I am accident prone with my phones. Wanted one that I could drop and it wouldn't break immediately. The rugged part was nice- I dropped it many times and it worked fine, my problems were unrelated to the sturdiness. At several points after a year of use, several different functions stopped working or had off quirks. Like music - had a constant static through apps and sounds. This was tested against other devices and it was found to be the fault of my phone. There was also a constant black line through all photos when the camera wasn't cracked. Finally - if more than one app was open (under recent apps), it caused sound issues and Lagginess. I ended up replacing it relatively quickly because it became too much of a bother.
