Q: What are the size dimensions of the cushions?

Seat 22 wide and back is 25 high

Q: Do these tie onto the chair?

There are loops on two corners of each cushion. I used an old shoe lace to tie mine to the chair and it worked just fine.

Q: Some photos i've seen of the "sapphire blue leala" appearing navy, and some photos it seems a bit lighter. anyone able to describe the color for me?

It’s a beautiful blue. Not dark like navy and certainly not a light blue. It’s the perfect shade in between. Very rich. I love mine! I would highly recommend!
