When I read the Otto books with children they laugh at every page. These books are very motivating for beginning readers because they are so hilarious. I enjoy them as much as the children do. The pictures capture the energy and fun of the book.

My kids love all of the Otto books. Easy to read for truly beginning readers. Much along the lines of Dick and Jane, with humor.

This is perfect for a very early reader. My grandson loved it. It has controlled vocabulary and a good story.

and my son loves them too. he is just starting to read and these are perfect in terms of the fun tone and the simple words and the repetition of sounds and letters. we have the whole series.
