Just download ais_share app on your android then open ur application which is opencpn and share the udp ip and the port on connection setting then it will show all the ships nearby ..

Very poor design, there are no heat sinks or metal casing to protect RTL-SDR chips which get hot during normal operations and frequency can shift due to that. case is plastic with openings that make it not weather proofed and can not be placed outdoor. signal reception is much weaker than RTL-SDR V3 / V4. The only advantage is the added PBF for AIS band 162MHz. Buying RTL-SDR with external PBF is much better option.

Der ShipXplorer Dongle hat an meiner Empfangsstation einen Nooelec SDR Dongle abgelöst, der nach vier Monaten nicht mehr funktionierte. Gegenüber dem vorigen Dongle hat sich zwar die Reichweite nicht verändert, aber innerhalb des Empfangsbereichs empfange ich nun Signale aus zusätzlichen Gegenden. Außerdem empfange ich nun auch Channel-B Signale, die ich mit dem Nooelec nicht empfangen hatte. Ich nutze den Dongle an einem Raspberry Pi mit AIS Dispatcher.

Fungerar ok, inga brister kan noteras första användnings tiden. För att förlänga livslängden bör kylare monteras på kretsarna inne i dongle, gärna med fläkt som kyler mer. Nytt emballage behövs för inbyggnad. Bättre vara förövrigt för den intresserade, andra SDR mottagare av TV-typ är betydligt sämre.

RTLとしては利用可能かもしれませんがUSBの認識はただのRTL2838です。受信はAIS周波数を受信し HDSDRなどでは使えますがAISdecが無いと使えないと思います。 私の技量だと高いドングルです。
