I wanted to try bone broth powder because I suspect I have a sensitivity to collagen peptides. This one tastes great. Will buy again

Only been on this bone broth for five days, but it seems to have quelled the gut distress I was having (I have problems with leaky gut occasionally. I've made my own bone broth before with great results and was on the GAPS program for a year seven years ago). I don't have time nor the money to be making bone broth all the time, so I figured why not find a high-quality product and buy it? Then I can also have my chocolate fix at the same time!? My mom thinks I'm nuts - chocolate bone broth? Disgusting, right!? NOPE!!!! This stuff is awesome, seriously. I heat up some water in the kettle, pour it into my reusable stainless steel mug, a couple tablespoons of almond milk, then mix in a scoop of chocolatey goodness bone broth powder and a few pinches of cinnamon. Yum! I've got an amazing milk chocolatey hot drink that I sip on for half the day, which also keeps me from eating chocolate bars and too much sugar. Also added it into a smoothie today with great results. After just a couple cups of it, I could definitely tell the difference. Now that its been five days I've not had any stomach gurgles, bloating, burping or upset whatsoever. Stomach seems much happier and since I bought three containers of it, I'm just going to continue on it and help myself be better and healthier. Hopefully I lose some weight too. Thank you Peak Performance for making a really high quality product without fillers.

Seems to be a quality item. Great ingredients and make. But I cannot get over the flavor. Legitimately taste like bone broth (super concentrated type) mixed with coco powder. I can eat some things that don't taste good, but this is just flat out awful. Product mixed well, but had an odd foam it left. Maybe typical of this type of powder, but foams much more then regular whey.

Ok, so when I was researching more ways to consume collagen, I came across this. I am a chocoholic and must have some daily, usually in the form of a protein shake. I also really like the taste of bone broth and how good it makes my stomach feel - calmed and happy. But honestly, the thought of chocolate and bone broth together kind of horrified me to the point that I was grimacing while imagining the flavors in my mouth. As in, Eeewww... But, I am new to keto and decided to try it as one of the products I'm experimenting with as I learn about low carb high fat eating. Guess what? It actually tastes GOOD! I use it in my NutriBullet and add fats and ther things to it but I like it enough, and believe in the company, Left Coast Performance, enough, to keep buying it. It is one of the better tasting chocolate protein powders that I have tried and I am not new to those. Been protein shaking for many, many years. My digestive system likes bone broth, as does my skin and joints, and the chocolate flavor is a welcome change from always having to drink a hot mug of animal tasting broth. Really good product, very glad I tried it. One of my new FAVES!!!

I have been, and continue to be, on a liquid diet after multiple oral surgeries. In process I also discovered I had a few allergies and therefore had a restricted liquid diet. A nutritionist recommended bone broth. So began my search and I came across Left Coast Performance Bone Broth. I want to give high kudos to Customer Service at the company. They were beyond helpful, thorough and detailed; and just plain nice to chat with. They stayed in contact with me and answered my many questions with patience and genuine understanding of my situation and concerns. In the end, there were no ingredients that were off limits to me. Both the Vanilla and Chocolate flavors I find to be good tasting and easily blend with other ingredients. Just an extra few seconds on high makes the difference for me with how it blends. Yes, it can be foamy, but for me the nutritional value of a product I trust outweighs any foam that develops... so a spoon to stir it here and there as I drink it takes care of that issue.
