Driver board is only a buffer
I guess it's my fault for not checking, I'm used to 'stepper motor driver' boards having Pulse and Direction inputs, the one supplied is just a set of darlington buffers, requiring four sequenced logic inputs. I wasn't planning on including a microcontroller in this project.
