Easy to use. I called 911 as a 'test' and it worked perfectly. They don't mind at all. Just tell them you have a new medical device and all they did was ask my address. They are happy to help!

I've had this type alert for many years, this is my second one. I had the first one for years but it got snagged on steering wheel and it broke the plastic where the unit attaches to the necklace. I've used the 911 call many times, I live alone and this gives me piece of mind, not only for me but for my family as well. I have recommended it to many people, since I'm asked many times what is it? My Mom had one, but it needed a land line and a $45 per month bill. I fondly call it "my little old lady button". I highly recommend this unit, it not only saves money, since no monthly fees, but lives as well.

Does not work in my area. I bought this in Florida and didn’t try it because I wanted it to use as I live in a remote area and I I’m 83 and needed in case I should fall and no one is around. I tried to return it but can’t get any info on how to return an order for the second time and couldn’t get a phone number to get help

I had the experience of falling and breaking my hip while walking my dog. This was around 10 pm and there was nobody in the area for quite some time that could respond to my calls for help. I did not have my cell phone with me. It was a terrible situation. I now keep the 911 help now in my pocket or in my hand whenever I go outside, to take garbage out, take or remove something from the car, walk over to neighbor's place, etc. I feel somewhat secure, knowing that if anything does happen, I can call for help....anywhere, anytime. I especially like that there is no recurring fee as is the case with many help devices. Even if I have to replace the unit every few years (nothing lasts forever), it is much more economical overall.

The batteries included were not usable, leaking fluid. I installed my own batteries and system worked very well and is just what I needed.

This emergency 911 calling device is excellent. When I received it, I tested it to see if it worked correctly, and within seconds, I was connected and spoke with the police.

I got this for my mom and her first time putting it on her belt she activated the 911 feature. The 911 dispatcher called my mom and she explained what happened. I feel confident this product will help protect both my parents.

The batteries only lasted a couple of weeks. We bought new ones. It is a little heavy around the neck. The lanyard strap should be wider and cushier for comfort to wear around the neck. Elderly people have thinner and more sensitive skin.We did test it. We got a 911 operator and communication was clear.
