Easy install and awesome shower panel - update
Update: Everything is quite well after about a year and a half of use with the shower panel and it still looks brand new! I did replace the mixer valve only because I wanted a true thermostatic mixer valve. I used the Rozin Solid Brass 1/2" Thermostatic Mixer Valve for Shower System Water Temperature Control Chrome Finish, from amazon.com. It matches the other valves, was an easy replacement, and is a definite improvement. I installed this in my motorhome right after it was delivered, this is one box that wasn't going to gather any dust.. Installation: - I removed my old RV fixtures and used EternaBond RSW-4-50 RoofSeal Sealant Tape to seal the screws and large holes for plumbing access. - I held the fixture up to see where to mount it, unfortunately the existing plumbing access holes determine where this has to go so it is a little off center and that will have to be fixed at a later date. I think getting an appropriately cut piece of polished aluminum or preferably stainless steel to cover the area will allow me to move the shower fixture into a better location. Another expected problem was the height of the fixture, to resolve this I cut the frame around my skylight that is over the shower to allow the new fixture to go up another 1 1/2 inches; and wallah another problem resolved. Again I used the sealant tape to close up the cuts I made. - I marked the locations to install the top mount and then measured down 37 3/8" and installed the lower mount. - I changed the batteries to a quality AA battery and put the battery pack in the pocket that seemed to be an obvious place for it to go. - I installed the handheld shower flow through holder with another screenless washer and my favorite handheld shower unit because the one that comes with the unit looks like a cheap piece of plastic junk. - Time to do some plumbing, fortunately the RV uses standard 1/2 inch FIP faucet connectors so it made the installation very easy. -- I installed two new screenless washers in the RV side and then tightened on the two 1/2" x 1/2" elbows that were included in the installation kit. I used screenless washers because I have filtered water and I also have an on-demand water heater that requires full water flow to work properly. -- I then put two more screenless washers in the fixture hoses and tighten them down to the elbows. -- Make sure you don't kink the hoses in the fixture or you will have problems, by the way they are very easy to kink. - Now I simply hung the unit up and admired it for a minute. Time to get naked and get in the shower (sorry for that mental picture, LOL). I got in got the temp adjusted right and tried the various features and they all worked very nicely. The only thing I didn't really care for were the two large round fixtures that really weren't very powerful. Everything else was great. The LED lights weren't working, oops remember that switch on the battery pack! I reached around and pulled the battery pack out and turned it on and presto I had LED lights which were kind of kool. As a side note, set your temp where you like it and leave it alone, use the feature valves to turn the water off and on and you will always have the perfectly adjusted shower, at least until your significant other changes it. I did get the shower panel at a much reduced price because I bought a slightly damaged unit, but it doesn't affect anything and I readily took care of the minor damage. I cannot say enough about how great this shower panel is both in appearance and functionality, not to mention how easy it was to install. It was really very convenient that everything was included in the installation kit for a standard install. The only features that could use improvement is the handheld shower and those big rings, but then maybe somebody else likes them. I'm going to buy another one for my parent's home.

The Bathroom Upgrade That Turns Every Shower Into a Spa Moment
This shower panel looks modern, elegant, and very impressive. It instantly gives the bathroom a more upgraded and spa-like feeling. I really like the sleek design because it looks stylish without being too bulky, and the different shower functions make it feel much more complete than a basic shower head. The water options are a great feature, especially for anyone who wants a more relaxing and comfortable shower experience. It looks well-designed, practical, and perfect for adding a touch of luxury to a bathroom. Overall, this is a beautiful and functional shower system that makes the bathroom feel more expensive and modern. It is a great choice for anyone looking to improve their shower area with something that looks high quality, stylish, and enjoyable to use. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it.

Amazing!!
I wanted to upgrade our standard shower head and hot/cold control with a shower panel after visiting a hotel with a shower similar to this. First off, after it's complete... it is amazing!!! It is hard to comment on a universal install because everyone has a different situation. It wasn't exactly easy to install, but it wasn't hard. From the photo, you can see we have a tile shower. I had to cut off the old hot/cold regulator (in the small tiled opening!) be careful not to lose the pipe in the wall, that was a challenge to get back. Then I got some shark bite fittings from a local hardware store and extended the pex pipe to come out of the wall a little bit since there is plenty of storage space in the panel itself. Sadly, this was the easy part! Next, I had to figure out how to mount the panel. It isn't heavy, maybe 15lbs.. so I first thought of trying to use the 4 mounts glued with double sided adhesive. It held for about 4 hours then fell down.. not a good idea. So I decided I ultimately have to drill holes in the tile, which is a daunting task. I'm no pro - so after about 2 hours, I had 2 holes drilled! I'm sure there was something I did wrong, I had used a diamond tipped carbide bit but apparently that's still not the key to getting it done quicker. Long story short, I got 2 holes done and that was enough... I screwed 2 mounts into the wall at the top and used double sided adhesive for the bottom ones to keep it from moving. It has been up for about a week and no issues at all! I found that our plumber originally placed flow restrictions so that explained why our old shower head had such low pressure. Once I installed this unit, the pressure is great and we can easily run 2 options at once. I imagine that you need a large water heater to take a decent shower if you opt out of any restrictions. We have a 75 gallon gas heater and havent had issues. When it is all said and done, it is amazing and elegant! I'm very happy with the purchase!

shower not working properly
I’m very disappointed with this shower panel. After i buy for renovated on my bathroom..the LED light and temperature display NOT working completely, Im opening today because they finish my bathroom and is not working I just call amazon and they told me they can’t do anything For a product at this price, I expected much better durability and quality. It looks nice, but the key features failing this quickly is unacceptable. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

I feel like I'm at a Spa!
I love all the bells and whistles of this shower head and it wall installed perfectly for me. The only thing I can see being an issue is if two people are drastically different in height.

An unexpectedly great shower experience!
Installation was not trivial, but I was installing it in an existing tub enclosure and was limited by the placement of the holes for the original faucet, etc. I'm reasonably resourceful, however, and I figured it out. You have to do that, because the installation instructions are, at best, minimal. If you've never cut a bathroom wall open and used it afterwards, you might want to consider bringing in someone with more experience. The water supply lines were crimped, so they had to be replaced, but they were too short anyway. That was the major problem with the unit itself. Everything else was trying to make it fit over the openings and look good. By the time I was done, I needed a shower!! The controls are easy to use and fairly intuitive, but the markings on the selector knobs could be a lot better. For someone who needs reading glasses, the icons for each option are darned near invisible! I'll get used to it. The shower itself is unlike anything else! I have decided that the rainfall option is best for me. The blue LEDs are not a big thing for me, but others may like them. The water temperature display is really nice, as our water heater is set a bit on the high side. Our old faucets were so bad at maintaining a set temperature that they were practically useless. In one place on the listing for this unit I believe I read that these features are powered by a water dynamo. Not mine! There are two plastics cases in the back, each containing two AA batteries. There is also a push-button switch on the side that turns the LEDs on and off. Overall, this looks like it's going to be a worthwhile addition to the house. It looks impressive, and it works beautifully.

Great value and upgrade to shower functionality
First impression is very positive. I read all of the reviews and alway benefit from them so this is my way of paying it forward. For the most part the quality looks good although as other reviews have cited, than handheld shower is plastic and feels cheap but other than that it looks great and I just hope that it holds up for at least 3 years since replacing it would basically require me to redo my shower upgrade (more of the install next). The shower pressure is perfect, and I’m addition to the 2 massage jets, I like the other 4 pressure jets which basically give you a lot of functionality in one package which is to the benefit of a shower pane vs. a customized shower. As for the install, as others have mentioned the unique set up with the two hoses require you to redo your existing plumbing so my contractor suggested installing the pictured access panel in case I need to remove the shower panel or theoretically minimize the need to change all of the tile if in the future I decide to go back to a normal shower. When installing be mindful of the height as I had initially installed it to high (trying to clear the shower door so it could open inwards) but the top massage jet was at my face level so I had to lower it. Other features, the led lights seem gimmicky and it would be great if they had other colors since it’s only the blue pictured but I was glad that the lights and water thermostat are battery powered. But all in all I’m very happy with the shower and features so as long as I don’t have any future problems with it and the paint holds up without chipping away for 3-5 years I’ll consider this well worth the price.

Questionable product quality, slow customer support
The shower looks great and functions as expected. However, I ran into a few issues. 1. As a number of folks noted here our shower after it got installed did not have the LED lights on. We did everything as per the instructions. The product has an odd design as it pertains to powering the light. It has a red button on its side to turn on/off the light. In addition to that, there is a little switch on the side of a plastic box that holds the batteries powering the light (why 2 switches?). That box is attached on the back of the shower. Even though this second switch was in ON position the batteries still did not power the light. I moved the switch to OFF and then as I was slowly moving it back to ON the lights came on (had the shower connected to water to ensure the water pressure was there). But as soon as I stopped pressing the switch the light went off. I ended up bypassing that switch by attaching both wires directly to the battery pads (that are inside the battery box) and that solved the issue. This definitely begs the question of the product quality and how long it will last in long term. 2. I first sent a note about the issue to the seller on 05/01 and got the answer only yesterday (05/07) which was not helpful.

Difficult to Use
We have had this unit installed more than 2 months ago. We use it consistently. I guess, that for the price, we were expecting a unit which was better built. We find that the following things are annoying. (1) The temperature control is very sensitive. A little bit of a turn makes a very big difference in temperature. (2) The control knob labels are impossible to read when you are using the shower unit. They are even difficult to read with the shower off. (3) The thermometer is in Fahrenheit. We use Celsius in Canada. I can't contact anyone who can help me with that. (4) The handheld wand is plastic. Ours already has a mark on it which will not come off. It is very flimsy. The control switch is very difficult to move. (5) The manual is very minimal and difficult to read. (6) Worst of all.... I have had zero success in contacting anyone who I can deal with regarding any problems.
