Perfect for pasta salad.
My daughter-in-law made a pasta salad with this and I had to get some for myself. I use it on veggie salads also and even on fish as a marinade.

NOT AT ALL GREEK BUT STILL OK
It has absolutely NO authentic Greek salad flavor but is still a good conventional dressing.

Should be the national poster boy for shrinkflation!
The already small bottle size has been shrunk down more than half, and the price has jumped up massively!

The ingredients are primarily NOT used by Greeks
THIS REVIEW DOES NOT CONTAIN{ProfanityHarassmentHate speechSexual contentIllegal activityPrivate information}I don’t like the taste, I don’t like the ingredients. My opinion is that the first 4 ingredients should be the things expected by most Greeks in this kind of dressing . Olive oil, Feta cheese, wine, vinegar, lemon, ….My opinion is that soybean oil should NEVER be in any Greek food.My opinion is NOT…{hate speech} it’s facts, because the fact is it’s my opinion only.

My favorite Greek dressing
I love this dressing for a very nice quinoa salad that is really good for digestion.I cup cooked quinoa1 cup Halved cherry tomatoes1 cup sliced and quartered seedless cucumbers (I love the Persian ones for this recipe)1/2 cup pitted and halved Kalimantan olives1/4 cup banana peppers chopped very tiny1/4 cup finely sliced and diced sweet red onionSalt and pepperDressing I add slowly and stir in till it gets to a texture I like. Don’t over do it. It’s not a good salad soggy. You just want the flavor and a little texture.
