I thought I'd try this supplement after I had heard all of the great information about it's uses and benefits for testosterone levels. All I noticed right away and after 5-7 days was nervousness and insomnia, something that I hadn't had a problem with before using this supplement. I can not afford the lack of sleep. Not worth it for me. Also, beware....the item is "not eligible for return".
