Can these be used on lathe and plaster

I used on my plaster-boarded wall in the living room of a 5yr old house. The plaster board has a light skin of plaster over the board, if that helps.

Do they leave marks on the wall?

I just put them on, but for sure they will leave small holes since it digs into the wall

Hello, how many are in one box? Thank you

2 in the 30kg box more in others

Will using on wallpaper reduce the hanging strength

Wouldn't think so. I found these brilliant. I hung a large mirror on a painted plaster board wall not a brick wall and holds brilliantly.
