This product helps clear my sinuses better than any other OTC medication I've ever used. I love the fact that it comes is the 1200 mg Extended Release tablet; this is the maximum recommended dose for safe use. I stay clear for the full 12-hours, which is far better than most guaifenesin products I've ever used.
