Love these capsules. They dont have a bad aftertaste and are very potent.

My wife takes Turmeric regularly, she feels that they help with the aches and pains that she has in her hips and knees. These capsules have a dosage of 1 per day which suits her, as some others require you to take 2 or 3 to get the required daily dosage.The container that the capsules come in is round, this is convenient for when away on holiday or for short breaks, they won’t take up too much room. The capsules are about the same in length as the diameter of a £1 coin, so they aren’t too difficult to swallow. When you open the lid and remove the inner seal, you get that familiar ‘earthy sod pungent’ scent which is so distinctive of Turmeric.At the time of my review this round tub of 30 Nutripact capsules (1 months supply) would cost you £9,99, which is quite reasonable………and they’re made in the UK

These capsules are easy to swallow and I am hoping for less joint pain from taking them. After a fortnight, I can’t say I have noticed a difference, but I do believe this will take a while to build up in my system.The pot for these supplements is quite small, so there is less plastic waste. It also helps if you intend to carry the pot around with you.One capsule gives you a good daily dosage and they are easy to swallow with no after taste. Although there are cheaper products on the market, I don’t think they are the same quality. I am really hoping to see a difference from taking them.

I take turmeric regularly and nearly all of the ones I've tried come in big jars.Having a disc shaped, one month supply pot is actually pretty handy.The capsules themselves seem the same as any other I've tried, they are powder filled clear capsules. If anything, they are a little smaller than others, but only marginally so.I like the packaging a lot.However, at the time of writing £9.99 for 30 capsules seems a little high compared to others on the market.Nothing wrong with them, and if the packaging is an important factor, as these are easier to travel with, then the price won't matter as much.

Having heard that turmeric and black pepper is beneficial for the relief of arthritis in the knee, I thought I’d give it a try.I don’t know how long it takes to be effective, but I’ve been taking it for a week now and I have noticed no change, if anything I think the pain has increased a little.I find the capsules quite large and I have had difficulty swallowing them. I was also surprised that they have quite a strong taste.I will persevere and, if any improvement is made, I will update this review.

It definetely has the digestion part, after taking it I had some food and I wanted to visit the toilet not long after, couldn't say anti-inflammatory has worked yet, black pepper also helps with fat burning the bio piperine the ingredients are all decent but I'm only getting some of the benefits right now, it could be because I'm not in any danger of having inflammed organs right now.I like it but it won't last so it might be best to take it when I feel like I have the symptoms and then continue the course with each meal. I personally like taking it 15 minutes before food, to help the digestion and prevent possible inflammatory symptoms, whilst also helping fat burn and digestion a little. Tastes a little spicy.

Tumeric supplements have definitely helped me through the years with indigestion and tummy bloating. Besides, it has a desired detoxification benefits. I was attracted to these ones because the cylinder shape is convenient for travelling and easier to store.To be honest, these supplements smell and tastes just like real tumeric and they are also fortified with black pepper for better absorbtion.I find the price is reasonable at £10 for a month supply, which adds more value to these supplements.

I am impressed with the quality and packaging of these Turmeric and Curcumin capsules. Vegan and made in the UK. A pack of thirty capsules which the recommended dosage is one per day. £9.99 is a little steep for a month’s supply but on reading up about this product they are a top quality company and have used the best ingredients in the manufacture of these.Happy to recommend and I have been taking for a week with no adverse side effects and I shall rebuy when I have taken the whole month’s supply.
