Overall, I was very impressed with this product! It arrived quickly and was fully charged, ready to use!Pros--Actual monitor is a perfect size, relatively thin, compact, and easy to put in a small pocket and carry around. This is such a huge improvement over models with bulky monitors! Very ergonomic and easy to navigate through the menu to adjust brightness levels, increase sound, use soothing sounds, etc. It has a built in stand as well, and seems to have a solid range and good battery life. Set up/installation was easy and seamless. I have struggled getting cameras/units to pair in the past even though I am tech savvy, but this unit was literally plug-in-and-go! I also really appreciated that there was no feedback distortion if you were standing close to the camera with the monitor unit. It is easily adjustable and has a larger pixel camera than other units; it is easy to get the right angle. Sound quality for hearing the baby is very good and accurate. Relatively true to color as well. I have had issues in the past where in low light conditions the monitor will flicker between black and white and color, this monitor does not do this. Additionally, you do NOT need wi-fi to set up the camera; it is closed link, which I prefer for safety reasons.Cons--this is not even really a con, but more an area for improvement. The display is mostly clear, as seen within the picture, and there are ZERO issues in being able to see the baby and what is happening in the crib. However, in low light conditions I did find there was some sort of mild "banding" in the display, a slight pixelation--so it is not like HD quality.Overall, though, for the value, I am extremely pleased with this unit and would highly recommend it to parents, and it is definitely an improvement over the other, older baby monitor I had!

The media could not be loaded.  I have had this baby monitor for about a week now. It took a few extra days for shipping to Canada. But it arrived within reasonable amount of time.A well built unit. No need to setup the unit as it comes paired right out of the box. The startup is very quick, simply plug n play. The Monitor comes charged.I haven't had any issues with this unit. The signal has been consistant and strong.The picture is clear, there is some interference in the night mode. But overall good performance.The functionality is easy and simple to use.Buttons layout is good. Voice, music and temperature featues are useful and handy features. Responsive to any movement in the room.Monitor battery last a reasonable amount of time before needing a recharge.The only thing I would have preferred is the bigger monitor screen. But I can understand the size of the screen was compromised to make the monitor more mobile to carry around. It can easily fit into a pocket. Has a handy stand.Better than some other units out there.I would recommend this baby monitor.

I had some issues with this monitor but the seller addressed the problem right away and fixed it. Great customer service over all!
