K2 Deluxe Double Adjustable Ski Bag

I used this bag for one trip and the straps, and handles already ripped out. There are also several holes punched in the bag from the bindings. This bag cannot hold up to the abusive handling of airport personnel. Maybe if you only had one set of skis in the bag and nothing else, then maybe the bag would be strong enough

This bag did not hold up well though the airport. By the end of my trip, it had several small holes on the outside fabric layer. After looking in the holes, I noticed pretty low quality construction. I had the handle rip out of it when I was carrying two pairs of skis. It looked like the handle was held in place by about 4 stitches.If you do choose to buy this, you should sew a zigzag stitch though the connection where the handle and shoulder strap pieces meet the bag. Otherwise, the handle will quickly fall out.

I used this for one holiday and quite simply the workmanship is not adequate. The handles came away from the lining as they aren't weight bearing like some bags where the handle goes all the way around the bag. Here you are relying on about 6 stitches on each handle taking the weight of in our case 14kg. No chance. Even the internal retaining straps had split away from the lining. We did get a no quibble replacement which we intend to reinforce with extra wrap around webbing before our next trip. A shame as it's a really nice looking bag, just put together with no testing.

I have not used it yet, but it seems of good quality and sturdy make. It has two padded compartments to keep the gear safe. Seems like a good choice for that price.
