Hasn’t broken yet like the others I’ve had

Best case I’ve ever had. Stays clipped securely on your belt, or waistband and allows you to wrap any extra tubing around the case to avoid having it ripped off by door knobs and cabinet pulls.Even better is this seller, iGuerburn. Customer service is second to none. I wrote them that my clip had broken and asked them about their guarantee. Within 10 minutes I had a response from them apologizing and said they would immediately send me a new case. Within a matter of two days they sent me a replacement.

The rotating mechanism and clip are fine. But my Tandem tslim:x2 fits very tightly in this case. With Tamdems screen protector you really need to use a lot of force and care to get the pump inserted without peeling of the protector. I did have a thicker protector previously and this holster wouldn’t have fitThe main issue was in changing out and inserting the reservoir. Really requires a lot of effort to remove and install reservoir. Whereas it slides in and out easily with the Tandem holster.

I used to go through so many pump cases as they would get caught on something or the clip on the back would snap and the case would break. I was buying cases directly from Tandem for much more money and they would break after a few months. I bought this case and it's still going strong over a year later! The clip rotates so I can move my pump however I need, is really sturdy and doesn't snap, and is much cheaper than Tandem! Having a broken pump case is such an annoyance and I'm really glad I found this brand!

I like the way the case fits my pump. It's easy to slide on and holds really tightly. However it doesn't go over the screen protector and since it's a hard plastic, there is no give in it. It's peeling the screen saver off. Also, there was no cartridge removal tool. Not a big deal since a nickel works just fine.

Purchased for the Tandem TSlim X2. It was a tight fit and on the first time it the pump was slid into the holder it peeled the screen protector off the screen. Here about 2 months into use, the clip itself snapped off.

I have used this product for several years—and like this new brand just as much as my old one for my insulin pump.

It is what I was looking for. So far, it has performed well.The pump may be charged while on the holster. The reservoir and canula set maybe changed when the holster to on the pump. The Holster allows the pump to have a rotating clip so the pump may be changed in orientation from vertical to horizontal. It will clip onto a belt, pants or shorts.Unfortunately latch lever can rub on the Main Button about halfway sliding the pump into holster. Concerned that it may damage the button. Also, the screen protector started to peel off the second time I put the pump into the holster. I think that there might be an upgrade to this product from the manufacturer that might address some of the concerns.

Cheap piece of plastic that isn’t worth over $40. Not to mention it damaged my INSULIN PUMP while I was sliding it in.
