Q: Would it proof thin slice of food stick on the knife in case it has texture on sides?

No, the area close to the blade does not has texture. I tried those knifes which have textures on the blade, they actually didn't work well too.

Q: Is it a dual cleaver knife or meat cleaver knife?

It’s a Chinese vegetable knife. Not meat for cutting / chopping through bone.

Q: The knife’s oxidation (blacken) portion has any health concern? Thanks
