Q: how thick are these thanks in advance

They aren't thick really fits like ordinary insoles but the heel support is great I'm a cop and stand on my feet long hours and they help greatly with back pain

Q: I need support for the arch on the inside of my feet. Do these support the arch?

These are more for the bottom heel of foot and back. I have severe back pain. You might look for something else that's an arch support.

Q: How many come in a single pack?

There are two in a single pack.

Q: Women’s insoles aren’t available. Can I use a men’s insole instead? I’m 6-7size in women’s.

I am not sure of the men’s sizes but I certainly would try the men’s size because they sure do work. I have had back aches, but when I used these orthotics it sure did help my back. Good luck and I hope that my answer helped you.
