I am so excited that I could finally purchase the real silver needle white tea on Amazon. This variety is the best in white tea and normally very hard to find here. I am amazed by the quality and flavor of this brand. I have tried so many different tea brands, and this is for sure the best so far. I am a very picky tea drinker. I care a lot about my tea quality since I believe all the health benefits that tea can bring to my body. There are two important things I try to stay away: about selecting tea: 1. I do not like to buy those packed individual wrapped tea bags because a lot of them are selecting the lower grade quality of the tea leaves to fill in the bags. If you cut one of those tea bags, you will know what I am talking about. Those tea leaves prepackaged in tea bags often are all small pieces with all different sizes, and the flavors are a lot weaker. I like to buy my whole leaves tea because I feel better when I see whole tea leaves so I know what I am drinking. It is the same concept of getting more whole food to consume than processed foods. If you just can't stand those tea leaves in your cup, just buy some tea bags (super cheap, they are everywhere on Amazon and any supermarket) and put the leaves in yourself. 2. Also, I do not like to buy flavored tea since I don't know what is added in my tea. If I want some flavor in my tea, I will add myself, such as adding some honey, dates, Gigi berries, lemons and mint leaves.Packaging: I like this caned packaging. It is so much easier and nicer to store my tea in a can. There is a separate aluminum bag to keep the tea fresh. And what I like this most is there is a cute little wooden spoon that come with the package.Tea Quality: like I mentioned earlier, I am amazed by the quality, you will only get this kind of quality in some high end tea shops where you have to buy the tea in lbs. All the tea leaves are pretty fat and are in even size.the tea leaves are well stacked, the tea leaves color are very rich and the tea smell is very fresh. And good white tea silver needle can stand up in the water after you brew it, all mine all stood up in the water (I attached a picture, this makes it so fun to drink the tea). Then I knew this brand's quality is really good!Taste: this is the white tea taste, it is a very fresh tea taste, there is no bitter taste to it. And when you brew the tea, you will immediately notice a rich tea smell comes from your cup.Side Note: try to google silver needle and you will know why I love it so much.

As a tea drinker, I don't like tea bags since you have no idea what kind of tea is inside and how is its quality. You cannot control the amount of tea you like to brew, and the taste is nowhere close to leaf tea's taste. So I frequently try all kinds of leaf tea in the market. When I saw this product on Amazon and its reasonable price, I ordered it just for another tryout. And I'm so glad that I did so. This tea is so far one of the best leaf tea I've ever had!First, I really like the design of the package. Very pretty, a perfect option as a gift. The little wooden spoon is very cute and also practical. ( I plan to reuse it for my bath salt jar after I finish the tea.) More importantly, the tea inside has a really high quality. You could tell even before brewing it because it looks very clean and fresh. Every single leaf is in good shape. (Just like the standard of shopping for leafy vegetables). And it has a fresh pleasant tea smell. I follow the brewing instruction on the jar. The liquid is very clear. The taste is soft, contains a little bit unique tea sweet, and not very strong. According to the information on the jar, the caffeine level is light, so I don't have to worry about insomnia even when I have it in a late afternoon. Perfect for everyday drink. It is my new favorite for my afternoon tea break! Highly recommend!

After it arrived, I immediately opened up the package and tried some. It was delicious, You can taste some honey like sweetness but not the overwhelming sugary sweetness. It was satisfying and finished quickly and smoothly.I also shared a little with my friend who loves iced tea. And he told me It was his single favorite iced tea that he tasted so far. It lost a little flavor from hot to cold, but compared to the other iced teas was still leaps and bounds above the others. Ultra smooth, truly like essence of honey.Silver needle tea is relatively weak, so I recommend doubling the dosage if you prefer stronger taste. I usually like my teas hot but this can be hot or iced, either way is recommended.I might start drinking this every day and yes I definitely recommend this product to my friends and relatives. I also placed order for their dragon well green tea and I cannot wait to try these out!

Decent quality with young buds. This tastes like a real silver needle white tea, unlike some others available on amazon.

I have to say this is the best silver needle white tea I have ever had! The tea and packaging just looks exactly same as the pictures, very fresh, big silver needle buds with healthy white furs on the surface. I have tried some other brands silver needle teas, their tea buds are more thin and dry which should be from old crop year. Just by looking at the appearance, I can tell this one is the top quality. From the freshness, I know it is from recent 2016 crop.I love silver needle tea, not only because the delicious taste, but also the look of tea buds after infusion. The tea leaves look like standing in the water, so elegant and pretty. It is so enjoyable to drink silver needle (you need a clear glass bottle for sure). And I finally found this brand meet all my needs and even exceed my expectations. With such high quality, the price is so reasonable! I am so glad because it is so worthy it to have this tea. If you are a tea lover, you shouldn’t miss this one. I am sure you will love it!
