Been taking it daily so far. I work 2 jobs and I'm on my feet all day from 8 am to 10:30pm. Seems like my joints hurt most of the time. This product is phenomenal! It saved my life. I was in a lot of pain and had limited range of motion in my hip joints. My doctor said I had the beginning stage of osteoarthritis and gave me pills that made me sick. I was barely moving and hated getting up in the mornings. Helps my joints more than anything else I've tried. Also, I take it in the middle of the night (empty stomach) when i can't sleep and it helps me go back to sleep.
