Wakefit SnoozePro 4 Seater Sofa Set 2+1+1 (Fabric, Malibu Green)

So after a long period of 20 days, this sofa got delivered on 12th Dec, and on opening the package, we found that the legs were missing from it. We immediately called WAKEFIT customer care upon which they assured us that they would be coming back to us on the same within 48 hours, which they totally failed. We called them back again the next day when they told us the same thing to get back to us within 48 hours. After several such attempts, they finally managed to arrange the carpenter on around 22nd Dec. The funny part was that he was just about to install the legs when he found that the base where he had to install them wasn't present, and suggested we request a replacement. To this, we again contacted WAKEFIT to replace the product or to provide us with the solution, onto which they blabbered the same reply to wait for another 48 hours. To this day, we have been told that several times and we are still waiting for the solution.We strongly suggest don't trust this brand much for your furniture needs, as they hardly care about your comfort after making the sales.

Not fit for use. The sofa cushion is hard and the cloth used for cover is very hard. You have to use good quality sofa cover. The durability of sofa doesn't seem good enough. Although we will know it after long term use only. So far this seems to be a bad decision.

I was actually waiting for a long time to buy this sofa and my wait got over when I saw this product on Amazon at a very good deal So without wasting any time I ordered it immediately and it was delivered to me within two weeks which was very fast delivery. The installation of the sofa was hassle free. It is very comfortable and the quality is amazing I think I slept three days straight on it. My dog loves it too he jumps on it he digs on it but still there is no rip on the cloth the quality is amazing. It’s just been a week that I have received this product but until now I haven’t faced any issue. Moreover I trust Wakefit because I have been using their products for years now and I think this is exactly the quality what you will expect from them so if you’re looking for something cosy and comfortable with a very good quality you should definitely go for it. Have been using this product for almost 6 month now! So Far everything is good about it. It was delivered on time, was set up professionally without any hassle!It’s big in size, has wider cushion seating and sturdy built.We opted cobalt blue shade and it’s really bright and beautiful!What else can match wakefit’s cushion/ mattress quality!Overall, It’s a good choice within this price range.

I love it!!! I love all about the sofa: the color, the comfort, the size, the quality. The delivery was on time!! I really recommend it.

The media could not be loaded.  We liked everything from customer support to delivery to product sent home which matches exactly shown in Amazon page.It is hard enough to last couple of years, and soft enough to sooth yourself up after a tiring day.Would recommend everyone who likes to keep things minimalistic.

3 seater napper is highly recommended. Amazing product. Best part is its made in India. Design is a bit plane but good sturdy comfortable sofa. You should totally go for napper.

Deserve 0 star⭐Worst support, they everytime they rejects warranty by saying it's user defect. They are using sub standard foam, fabric and wood to fabricate this sofa.Better buy from local market those people should have some ethics but wakefit doesn't.
