MP ENTERPRIESES Sheesham Wood 3+2+1 Seater Sofa Set (Walnut Black)

I ordered the design 2 (3+2+1) sofa. I received the product exactly after one month after I ordered. The waiting period was a bit long. But I think it is worth the wait.Starting from the packing and delivery, the product was neatly packed with reaper wood and properly cushioned in order to prevent damage during transit. I didn't have proper tools, so it took me more than a hour to unpack it. The total package was weighing around 80 kgs. The rivigo courier guys had a tough time to bring it to my house as it was on 2nd floor, even though there's a lift. So, people staying in apartments without lift, beware.After unpacking, all the parts of the sofa are neatly arranged, with good finishing and varnish. The parts are neatly color-marked and numbered by the seller and so it was easy to figure out during assembling. I took the help of one more person and for us it took nearly 1 hour to assemble. Tools for assembly were provided as part of the package. Fitting and screwing was easy. The seating cushions provided are of good quality. Initially it was hard and after 1 week of usage it softened.There were minor scratches and small dents but overall the quality of the wood is very good. Well seasoned and strong with good workmanship.The seller (MP Enterprises) was responsive for my queries. Ready to do any kind of customization.I bought the product for 31k under lightning deal. If you have patience to wait for a month, then you can definitely go for it.

GOOD VALUE BUY. SELLER IS VERY CO-OPERATIVE AND KIND. CUSHION COMFORT IS POOR. CUSHION QUALITY NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED. THEY HAVE USED TERMA FOAM IN THE MIDDLE OF CUSHION, HENCE HARDNESS WILL BE MORE. SEATING ANGEL IS EXACTLY 90 DEGREE ANGLE, WHICH ALSO PROVIDES LESS COMFORT ON SEATING. WOOD WORK IS EXCELLENT.

Nice product with quality : only variation is there in the colour what is shown in the pics : but liked the wood and assembly easiness :The seat foam is of low quality : within few weeks it has become half :

There is a mismatch in color shades of the cushions. 5 cushions were of a different shade than the other 5. We have been repeatedly writing to amazon and the vendor but there is no positive response on a solution. Vendor accepted return request but they are asking customer to ship back the whole item which is going to be cost prohibitive. Overall a very very bad customer experience.

Excellent product, delivered in week time, best quality as shown in image. I assemble it by myself, it's too easy, strong build up real sheesham wood sofa, one person can comfortably sleep on it without any fear of fall

Would give it 4 stars because:1. Need to do assembly from your side.2. Few sides were chipped off.3. The cushion cover is not very appealing.On plus side, it's solid wood and pretty sturdy and looks good. The same design is available in insaraf.in but that comes to around 58k for 3+2+1

Worth for buying. It is pure solid wood, cushions are comfortable. Delivered before 5 days of the expected date of delivery. Packaging is wonderful and very safe. No damages. You can assemble on your own. It will take 2 hrs.

Very uncomfortable and very odd dimensions. An average height person has to dangle his feet in air. Fit for 6 ft people to sit with feet on floor.Seat is too small and cushions are very hard and cheap quality.Installation is a pain. We have to get it assembled at our own cost around 3000 extra .because many parts and screws are also missing.I recieved a damaged piece..one sofais damaged.The furniture policy at Amazon should change and it should be opened to see the damages .Regret the buy!
