Quality brand, good performance and great value
At first I wasn't sure about this. It's a £10 torch which of course can't live up to the best of the £15 torches in performance. But it's very much grown on me. Extremely well made, with a clever switch arrangement and I just discovered the TURBO mode (pays to read the instructions!) which much improved the light output. It's a branded Osram LED chip and a 2600mAh battery and a well-known maker which reflects in the packaging and instructions. I'd prefer a type c charging port but apart from that I can't fault it.

Great Torch
Although this was smaller in size than I thought, it is easy to use, very bright and easy to store.

Better than expected
I usually buy fairly "posh" torches because I use them a lot, both for work and home life. Not crazy enthusiast ones but I'm happy to spend upwards of £60 for a good torch. I have several Olights, which I like a lot because they're dependable, well made and feel like decent value for something I use a lot.So I was interested to try this torch, given that it's quite a bit cheaper than my others but looked good.To be honest it's better than I was expecting. The materials and construction quality are very good and it feels good in the hand. It has some heft to it which gives an impression of quality and the switches feel quite nice to operate. However I will say that the button arrangement doesn't sit well with the way I naturally hold it, especially if I use the included wrist strap. The strap attaches to one side of the buttons, making them feel like they would sit more naturally under the thumb of a left handed person rather than right handed. The user interface is very easy to understand and quite logically laid out. I figured out how to use the features without consulting the manual, but when I did read the manual I then found it confusing because it refers to a "tactical mode", which in reality appears to be the only mode because there's no way of switching to any other mode. Multiple modes is a feature I'm used to with other torches but it doesn't seem to exist in reality on this one. Perhaps they've reused part of the manual text from a slightly different model? The beam pattern is quite nice (but not quite as nice as my Olights). There's a bright spot in the middle that gives some good long distance throw, surrounded by a much wider, fairly even, less bright circle that lights up the area immediately surrounding you. I do like this arrangement but I'd prefer the bright centre spot to be a little bit bigger and blend more smoothly into the larger circle.Full brightness is pretty impressive, easily lighting up a large field where I walk the dog. I compared against a much smaller Olight S1R Baton 3 that was actually slightly brighter on full, but wouldn't have been able to sustain that brightness for anywhere near as long. If I were to compare against a similarly sized Olight I suspect the Olight would again be slightly brighter but it's impressive that a torch so much cheaper can hold its own in what can only be described as a unfair fight!I'm not keen on rubber flap covered USB charging ports but at this price it wouldn't be fair to expect anything else and it does work fine.

A quality torch, likely to last and give reliable performance.
I received this item through the Amazon Vine programme.I'm pleasantly surprised by this small "tactical" torch: it's noticeably better built than the usual offerings in this class.Nicely machined aluminium body, well balanced in the hand, good pocket clip that is removeable if you wish, and a rather clever side-switch for changing the modes of illumination. The torch is rechargeable by micro-usb, has a built-in 2600 mAh battery and comes with a cable supplied. To turn on/off you depress the standard tail button, but there is a very responsive, metal switch to the side of the tail cap which enables you to move easily and rapidly through the light modes. It's a bit difficult to describe but it works naturally in the hand and it works well (obviously dependant on how you hold the torch...).The head is fixed and the torch isn't zoomable.Light output is fair enough for a torch of this size, claimed 750 lumen which is probably correct.Slightly weightier than some similar torches I have reviewed, a good thing probably due to the heavier aluminium body and the size of the battery, but not such as to be a problem.Priced at £15.99 it's dearer than similar-looking torches but this one is a quality item and, in my opinion worth the money as it's likely to last and give reliable performance. 5 stars.

Small but powerful
I really like this little torch which fits nicely in hand. We can keep it even in pocket if needed. It gives strong white light, pretty impressive. There is one main switch which goes on and off, but with help of red 'button' we can get additional light modes-brightness medium and low plus strobe. This torch is called tactical flashlight and we can see why.1. It's smart, pocket size2. We can use strobe light without switching the torch at all, just press and hold the red button for quick use. It will lit flashing only when holding the button. There is no zoom options or other special features though. This torch will not work during charging. It charges 3.5-4.5 hours and it can lit up from 5.5h on brightest light to 17.5h on low light.I like this torch, it's useful and it's metal body means it can survive a lot. Plus, it's waterproof.Torch came in box with instruction and micro usb charging cable.Highly recommended

Solid and powerful
This small pocket sized torch is a little powerhouse in use. It is solidly constructed with an all metal construction with a milled grip and integrated belt clip, and a small wrist lanyard. It has a rechargeable lithium battery which you can charge using the USB to micro USB (my least favourite socket) cable included. A full charge took me about 4 hours and this is good for between 5.5 and 17.5 hours of use depending on how bright you set the torch has low, medium, high and turbo modes which goes from plenty bright to blinding, using an unratified scale I just made up. The only feature I wish it had was the ability to adjust the diameter of the beam, by adjusting the focussing lens on the front. Other torches do and I find it very useful. But is you want or need a good reliable and indestructible little torch for your toolkit, then this is a great choice.
