There is plenty of information out there regarding the technical specifications of this camera. I'm not here to talk about that. I will say when I was really pushing it, it did overheat a couple of times and shut down on me. Keep the resolution and frame rate reasonable, when you're shooting a longer piece of video, and you won't run into that problem. As far as the camera itself; all I can say is that it's an absolute beast. During a couple of weeks in really rough terrain in the Karoo Desert in South Africa, it was constantly falling off the dash and rolling around on the floor in the Land Cruiser while we bashed our way over rocks and through impossible gullies. It fell out the door and bounced on the rocks. It got thrown in and out of vehicles, just in an outside pocket of my backpack. It soaked all of that up with no complaint. One of the reasons I bought this model was the replaceable lens cover. But after an extreme amount of abuse, the camera still looks practically brand new. It was very dusty and dirty so I rinsed it off in the kitchen sink and you can't tell I ever had it out of the box. Functionality is fine. If you've used GoPros in the past, I think you'll have no problems. It was a bit of a learning curve for me but it's pretty intuitive once you understand the menu structure of the operating system. Great camera. I wish I had a couple more!

When i received the product the quality the case it came in was nice ,the camera worked as intended ,quality of sound was great as well ,and for the price was very cost effective.

I bought the camera for my dad in father's day. He is an active cyclist. Everything in this camera is great - image quality, size, focal distance, frame rate and stabilization. However, the battery doesn't last too long, especially if you are recording in 4K and 5,2K. The camera also tends to warm if you work with this resolutions helping the battery die sooner - around 1h of autonomy. I recommend you to buy some extra batteries if you want to record for long periods of time.

This GoPro has been an excellent investment! We purchased it after a trip where we realized how useful a waterproof camera would have been. Since then, we've taken it on several trips, and it has done an amazing job capturing high-quality videos and photos underwater. We've also used it for recording road trips and drives. Unfortunately, we had an accident where the camera fell, and the back screen cracked. I reached out to GoPro support, and they were incredibly understanding. To my surprise, they replaced the camera for free, even though they didn’t have to. Their exceptional customer service has truly impressed me. I’ve purchased many accessories and will definitely be buying another GoPro (or more) in the future. Thank you for such a great product and outstanding support!

For the quality of video this camera creates, including frame rates and resolution, at $250 you won’t find anything better. It will overheat in the sun on a hot day, for activities such as mtb, cooler environments and winter use for snowboarding it’s not an issue. The sound quality is ok but not great, use an external mic and another camera and mix the tracks if that matters. Underwater videos in creeks, you can create some cool stuff. The touchscreen interface is adequate once you know it, newer models will surely improve on the lagging and menu organization. 20 years ago we dreamed of cameras like this.

After years of using, it still works great

Never understood the hoopla over GoPro.. till I got one. Now, would I pay $400 for the latest model? Absolutely not, but I'm not into the fad scene, nor am I heavy into content creation. I paid 200 fot this and it is definitely worth it. Straightforward and easy to use, and it produces amazing images and footage. I There was a bit of a learning curve with the myriad of different features and functionalities, but to be expected with zero exposure to this type of camera. Have to mention the time-lapse performance. Phenomenal. Far surpasses my Brinnos, even though timelapse isn't its main function. All and all, this model is definitely a keeper and woth the 200-ish price tag. Recommended

Hello. The camera only works for 3 days. When I started using it I noticed that it got quite hot. I looked online and saw that it was normal. However, the temperature level of the GoPro kit was so high that I almost couldn't hold it in my hand. It was possible to take some videos and photos. However, on the third day it simply didn't worked anymore. I tried to charge the battery, but with no success . I removed the battery and found a kind of black powder on the tip of the battery and also an orange liquid (it looked like the battery had leaked). Inside the compartment where the battery goes, on the GoPro itself it appears that the connections to the battery have melted. I would like to receive a new camera or a refund as it no longer works

A praticidade dela é ótima! A imagem muito boa, vídeos muito bons. Aplicativo m pouco pesado talvez pro meu celular, alguns vídeos não consigo ver por lá, somente em outros dispositivos ou na própria câmera. Tive um problema em relação a entrega, atrasou dois dias além do que eu esperava e como eu precisava para uma viagem que tinha a data bem na entrega atrasada, busquei todos os métodos de suporte possíveis e foram super solícitos. Ela acabou chegando a tempo e o suporte está de parabéns.
