Slight warping of the panels was noted.... I think the warping happened during the transit.... Otherwise ok product...

It needs some improvements.

The product’s quality is quite good. Assembling is also easy

I saw positive reviews of this rack and purchased it. The return of this product is very difficult although it shows that the product can be returned (10 days returnable). I purchased it in the mid of April and could return it only after the mid of May and that too after lots of calls with Amazon. Each time I call, a slot is created by amazon personnel to return the product but nobody turns up to pick up the item. I contacted Amazon 7 times to pickup the product. Each time I call, I am assured that the item will be picked up by a stipulated date but again nobody turns up. The thing that irks me most is that it shows false information on the return tracker page. The return tracker page shows that the customer refused pickup and canceled the return or the house was locked during pick up. This sounded really weird as I am working from home and no body turned up to pick up the item. I contacted Amazon and complained about it multiple times. I generally don’t put reviews for the products I return because I respect the fact that the product was collected back, but I am compelled to put now because I wish nobody else goes through this same experience. I was stuck with this product that didn't meet my expectations of steadiness and strength. I wouldn't purchase a rack from amazon again (unless it can be returned without difficulty) as we can't gauge the strength of it unless we see it directly (not from pictures). Please keep in mind that the return of this product can be denied by the seller. It can be denied because this product is not “Fulfilled by Amazon” nor “Amazon Delivered”. There are three types of products –1) Sold and delivered by amazon (Amazon fulfilled)2) Delivered by Amazon3) Fulfilled by Merchant (Fulfilled by Merchant/seller).In the 3rd category, Amazon only handles the customer care. Here the delivery and pick up of the item is handled by the seller and the seller can deny the return (even if it’s mentioned 10 days Returnable). This ironic racks belong to this 3rd category.Update as on 18th May: I received my refund today and the product got returned after several days of wait. Thanks to Amazon! for standing up to its reputation. Amazon really pushed hard for it's return against the wishes of the seller.

Good product and also excellent and quick customer service provided by the product company if you have any problems

Bottom base plate and all side jali were missing.Also installation guide was not available.

Very nice product....with great look...but fitting system is little loose...rest is good

Product finishing is bad. Weld quality poor. Low quality of used matel.
