I always lay out all pieces and fittings and check off before starting. I followed the instructions which were clear and easy to follow. My daughter and I had these units made in no time. They look great. Strong and sturdy. I'm so happy with this furniture. Looks so good too.

Product arrived promptly, upon assembling parts were missing, and it was chipped in multiple places on the wardrobe. I was offered a ‘ large discount’ of £30. I wanted to return at this point. Then the drawers were starting to be assembled, only to find further parts missing, I again complained and wanted to return. I was then offered a £180 refund from a product that cost £380. Rather than have the hassle of returning, the offer was accepted. Then £150 was refunded and at this point I really couldn’t be bothered to communicate any more and have chosen to review instead. I appreciate it’s not a lot of money for furniture but I did expect it to be whole and intact. But only the 2 smallest pieces are.
