I recently bought a set of Innstar bands and was looking forward to using this set to do squats with the metal bar. So I ordered this bands and the carabiners to attach to the metal loops. The issue is that you need foot straps for the lower loops which no one sells on this site or by the parent company.

They work very well (although you do kinda need a lot of them to get to decently heavy resistance) but they are a consumable item. After 3 months (used them almost every day, did nothing outside the exercise booklet with them) all 4 of mine broke. So expect to buy these on a recurring basis if you use them regularly.

I liked the fact that Innstar sells quality fitness gear, the bands ordered arrived very well packaged, and are uswd for resistance fitness, love that they are wrapped in camo. Bands are sturdy and feel premium. They feel like they will last through some intense use.

Hook detachet from one of the bands after third use. No risk of injury because of the sleaves. But I have other bands from this brand for months and this new band came apart. Maybe I got a defected one? You can see in the picture I attached one band came apart internally. Lets see is they do something about thos because I really like the other products frond this company.
