Worthless bad quality product , it only works for 2 weeks then stopped charging suddenly , totally worthless I never regretted on something like this product

Update: I have been buying Newdery batteries for all my phones and it is the first time that I have been disappointed by the product.This battery case look bulky and doesn't hold the charge for very long, also it doesn't recharge the phone past 50% and it looks very cheap in comparison of past products.

The product apearence is nice and fits very well the phone, but after a couple of charges, it started failing to make proper conection to the phone, it gives a message it started charging, and imediatly notifies no charging, over and over... I am fearfull it will damage my phone because of that..... Update of my review... Customer service contacted me after my message, and they were great, they immediately answered and sent me a new charging case, and it is working great! Definitely a great customer oriented company!

This phone case with battery will increase the size of your phone by more than double of its width. The battery in the case will wirelessly charge your phone well connected but the battery itself will not wirelessly charge. You must plug the case battery in for it to receive a charge. As such this product has been returned.

This device was a lifesaver. I had one for my previous Samsung phone and it made it unnecessary to carry an external battery pack. This device worked great until yesterday when it let me down. My phone's battery had dropped to 15% and when I activated the charging case, it had virtually no charge. I chalked it up to user error. Then today, the same thing happened. You don't realize how much you rely on a device until it fails. Fortunately I am near an alternative method to charge my phone. I haven't contacted Newdery because I didn't see a way to do so when I looked up the order.Update: After 10 months, the case is practically useless. The button works intermittently. The case is cracking as the battery is swelling. When I can get it to work, it barely adds 20% charge to my phone. Manufacturer has requested a video and my order number. I provided a photo, description, and order number only to get the same email requesting a video and my order number.Update 2: Case in bulging on the inside as well as cracking on the outside as batteries continue to swell. Case no longer holds a charge. No response from manufacturer after a month. Not sure I would trust a replacement if offered.

I really wanted to like this product and gave it a real try but the battery just didn't charge after I received it. I thought perhaps the one that I got was a defective units are returned it and got a second one and still the same result.When I plug the case in it does not charge. So I was never able to get it to really work beyond the little bit of power that it came with for both units.
