I expected this item to be a bit heavier but it serves its purpose and I love it. Don’t put many pairs of shoes in one cubby though because the weight will bring it down and you don’t want that. If it’s sandals or anything lightweight then that’s fine. I really like the designs and nothing came broken. Once you’re done assembling it, which is very easy, you should press down on the connecters so they all click and same thing with the sides, just push them together. Thank you!

Pros: very large. I have 2 daughters and my wife that have a ton of shoes this is large enough to store all their basic day to day foot ware. Sturdy, it’s not cheaply constructed for what it is. Everything clicks together to let you know it’s together properly.Cons: was not the easiest to put together at first. The instructions were not for the exact item. I emailed them about this and they replied back within several hours. By then I had figured out on my own.Over all a good product it is exactly what it appears to be in the advertisement. I would have rated it 5 Stars had I not had to search for how to put it together.

Just got finished putting this together....it took about 1.5 (with breaks, of course). Overall I am very pleased with the outcome. I have not loaded it down with my shoes yet so hopefully I’ll still be happy with it! My advice on putting it together is to watch the video on here posted by a reviewer or watch one on You Tube. It really helped to watch it being assembled. My only real issue is one piece is damaged & that caused me to lose a cube. I’m hoping the seller will replace that panel.

Great product, slightly tricky to assemble, but serves its purpose. Came with no instructions to properly assemble and came missing parts in 2 different orders. First order was missing 3 parts and when contacted Amazon support, it took me 3 attempts till I got a representative to help me. Anyway they sent me another package and it's missing parts for over 4 shoe boxes. So it took me 2 sets to complete 1 shoe rack. Now the product is great, well built and sturdy. But order with caution since you'll probably not get all the parts and customer service isn't that helpful.

Instructions were for a different cube set than I ordered and it took a bit to figure out how to start all the pieces. After you get a couple levels together you start to get a feel for what to do and it goes quicker. Mine also came with 3 pieces missing to finish the 17th and 18th compartments.. but if you order new hopefully all yours will be there :) Make sure to push hard on all connectors to assure metal is sitting all the way down in them. I’ve read other reviews where people were not happy with the material, thinking it was too cheesy or fragile.. but I do not agree with that. It seems like a durable plastic, with an adorable design. It can hold all my shoes, even the ones WITH boxes! I wear a size 7 and each cube will hold 2-3 pairs of shoes without boxes.

I bought this for shoe storage (women's size 8), and wish I put my money elsewhere. The rack is somewhat easy to put together, as it is nothing more than shaped metal rectangles with heavy duty plastic sheeting in the middle, snapped into 4-way plastic pegs. The metal is just a bit stronger than wire clothes hangers, and the plastic sheeting is only slightly heavier than a shower curtain, so it's just not enough for supporting shoes over the long haul. The pegs at the bottom are all there is to support the frame of the rack, and eventually the wire slips out of the grooves on those pegs, causing the entire thing to become unstable. Mine started falling apart after about a month, and I'm wasn't even pulling shoes out of them on a regular basis. Even the doors started falling out of their grooves. I suppose you could put hot glue or something over the metal in the pegs and it might be sturdier, but I worry the plastic is going to give way next (and that doesn't fix the doors). I seriously have no idea what else to do with this thing now, as I don't trust it to hold much more than paper towels, but I'll let you know if I come up with anything.

I like the Langria style of these lightweight storage units. I have the 20 cube unit and use it for yarn - it is great. I intend to use the 10 cube shoe rack for fabric and linens. The Amazon display indicated that this unit could be made into a tower, however, there are not enough pieces to reconfigure it to still have 10 cubes. I sent an email to Langria service requesting information to order the additional pieces I need; sent on 05/26/2019 but have not received a response yet.It is a little tedious to put together, but not hard. I have received many compliments, especially since it has doors; gives my craft room a finished look. And those that have asked about using it for other things, I remind them to watch the weight of the items....a bookshelf it is not.

The storage unit is pretty nice but little flimsy. The pieces were little scratched up due to how they were packaged. They just stacked all the pieces into the box with no protective layers. Putting it together was pretty easy once you got the hang of it.Needed to apply some pressure so that everything clicked into place.It holds 2 shoes per cube that are size 12s but it isn’t quite high enough since they were high tops.

Super light, easy to set up, sturdy just enough. It’s very plastic looking but didn’t the job and looks great.
