After about a month of daily use, the minty aroma drops off significantly. I really wish the essential oil infusion lasted a bit longer so I didn't have to swap out the pod purely to get that fresh, active taste back. Final Verdict This is an excellent, sanitary accessory that makes brushing your teeth a much more pleasant experience, especially when you are on the go. It looks great, keeps the gross stuff off your bristles, and tastes amazing at first. I swear by Steripods for traveling! If used as directed, they definitely do what they are supposed to do and keep your toothbrushes fresh. Highly recommended for traveling, or if you are studying/working abroad for months at a time, include these in your packing!

I have tried every toothbrush cover out there. As someone who travels often and enjoys carrying a full-size toothbrush over a small travel size one this cover works great! There is a small filter inside the pod with the essential oils to help with keeping a fresh smell and the cover goes all the way around the toothbrush keeping it free from outside germs and bacteria. The packaging has the name of the company's website where you can sign up to be reminded to change out the pod's filter at set intervals as well as set up a reoccurring shipment so that the pod itself can be replaced with a new one when it's time. My family and I use these on all of our toothbrushes, and I recommend them to everyone I know. I can't say enough great things about this product.
