HOT TOOLS Nose & Ear Trimmer

It's small, light, and relatively quiet. Reminds me of a battery powered (clothing) lint remover. I'm still a little hesitant to put something that cuts/trims into my nose/ears, but I did try it, and it did trim down the hair.

Exceeded expectations. Trimmed the nose hairs easily and was easy to clean once I was done. I was worried after reading about OTHER brands yanking hair out and this one did no such thing. Thank goodness. I'm not super hairy so this won't be used a ton but glad I now own one. Highly recommend.

Pros:- On/off switch is easy to use (as opposed to some that rotate or push buttons)- Easy to clean and includes a small brush- Battery compartment is secure and doesn't get loose- Requires 1xAA battery, which provides longer use over a AAACons:- Would have been nice to have included a cap- Not the least expensive optionOverall: If you're looking for one of these, there are cheaper ones, but this one does the job

My husband used this after not trimming for a week and felt that this didn't give a close trim at all. He couldn't even hear/feel it hitting any nose hairs and had to use his old one after using this one. Not impressed with this at all, which is shocking since Hot Tools is usually a very good brand.

This nose and ear trimmer is perfect. It does just what we want it to do. It is easy to use. It trims the hair quickly without pulling. The battery lasts long and is easy to replace. It is easy to store and use.

I am forever more pulling out my husbands ear hair. These trimmers make that task so much easier. The trimmers require one double A battery- not provided- but are packaged well and once battery is inserted are ready to use.They do the job well, however I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because at times, it takes two or three passes to clip the hair. The good news is my husband said he felt no pulling- so the trimmers worked well.

This nose hair trimmer works great. It doesn't pull the hair at all like most others do. It's quick, easy, and painless. It takes one AA battery which is not included. You really have to shove the battery in with the cap and it feels like it won't fit, but it does.

My husband is at that point in life where he needs some extra help in maintaining his appearance. He tried this out and was less than pleased with the results. It is very easy to use, only takes a single AA battery, and the head comes off to clean. That is where the good ends. It is a rounded head with protected blades, so he tried it on his nose. It did absolutely nothing to trim the hair. Tried on his ears with a little more space to maneuver thinking that may be the issue. Nope, same thing happened. Even tried on other hair just to see if it would trim, it took hair 3" long for this trimmer to even show an attempt at cutting. Save your money find something better because this is not worth it.
