Leonardo with Headers for Arduino + Free USB Cable
I am using this as a keyboard adapter and macro keyboard. Works excellently, but try to check your coding before you send it off, as I have had made some mistakes that caused the arduino to send unlimited number of zeros to my computer (which caused the arduino to overheat and fry). This was NOT caused by manufacturer, but my own poor planning as I'm learning to work with it.

Despite the clone it works really well.
Used these boards for led strips and making arcade controllers it works great. You need to learn how to code though otherwise great product!
