I got these for my Mother because she was to be serving meals during her siblings family reunion. I thought this would limit stress and give her peace of mind to keep food warm with not worries so she could enjoy time with family. The items came damaged because the box appeared to be crushed in transit. I contacted Amazon about the issue because now we were in a time crunch if we had to wait for seller to resolve the issue. I decided to just buy another set so that we would have the item with plenty of time while I waited to hear from the seller. The second item came undamaged. The seller had contacted me back in a very reasonable time I know before the next item arrived. She refunded my initial item price and said that I did not have to return the item which saved me A LOT of headache!! Just don’t find service like this often. The set is hands down 100% worth the price! Easy to transport, set up, use, break down and clean. The utensils were great and all the extra pans just made it so simple and easy for my Mom. 1000% recommended!

Worked perfectly for my babyshower. Stands are reusable so all you gotta do is buy new tin pans for food.

I purchased this for a post-holiday holiday party. The setup was perfect - I made 3 pans of lasagna (note that the pans with the set are not full 9x13 size, so for 3 pans I made ~2.5 full pans worth of lasagna. On one chafing rack, I set two of the pans. On another one, I set my husband's kielbasa and a neighbor's mixed appetizers. My only concern was that the pans were a little lightweight, so when people cut the lasagna, the pan pushed into the water pan below, splashing a little bit of hot water. We just learned to be aware of this, and next time I would just cut the lasagna into portions prior to putting into the chafing set. The food warmers were as advertised. Not sure when they went out but definitely lasted 2.5-3 hours which was fine. I give a 5 for easy to clean because I rinsed the used pans out and recycled them. Not looking for lots of baked-on pans to wash! I would definitely recommend this product.

This set came with everything I needed to keep food warm and serve it. That being said, the plastic serving utensils are fairly thin and brittle so don't expect to get much more than one or two uses out of them. One of the tongs came broken. The aluminum water trays and food pans are thick and held up well throughout the day with no burn through from the included sterno-type of jelly fuel containers, which were very large and should last for several parties. I would buy this again, but I would get my own different tongs and serving spoons that are sturdier.
