Exhaust Headers 1-5/8 in. 304 Stainless Steel Polished Finish for 2002-2013 Silverado Sierra Suburban Tahoe Yukon Escalade 4.8L 5.3L 6.0L 6.2L V8

I was surprised when I opened the box and saw that these headers were actually really nice quality and they were a described. I've got a Suburban 4x4 and they bolted on with no issues. Yes the 3rd plug on the sides are a little tight but no issue and they sound great, look great and yes more power.

These fit perfectly in my stock 2005 GMC Sierra 5.3L. I wrapped them with fiberglass and sprayed them down with high temp silicone. I ordered short 45 degree spark plugs and barely got the spark plugs in but I think that was the fiberglass boots I added along with all of the wrap that made it difficult. I welded and and removed several broken manifold bolts and installed stainless studs. The temps are way down, the bolts are fixed and I'm sure there's a small power gain.

Installation was on a 2013 tahoe 2wd. Zero fitment issues, used 45º plug wires. All gaskets sealed and everything lined up.

Haven't installed yet but all wells are decent and no leaks were found. Both flames were flat as well. So far i have high hopes.

Fitment was perfect, came with all the bolts and gaskets needed. They sound amazing!! well worth the money for sure

When I installed these I could not get the 3rd spark plug to go in. The exhaust tube bend is too close to the block and curves back right across the spark plug hole. No way to fix it.

Good Quality and Fitment on my 4WD Silverado. Been installed now for around 2k miles still look an perform good.
