Digestible read with immediate takeaways. Provides a structure (for new and seasoned managers) to help develop an effective and engaged team - where everyone has skin in the game and pulls the same direction. Have already implemented some of the strategies and has positively benefited the team. Recommend for new and seasons managers - as it has great ideas that can be implemented / appended no matter where the Mgr or team is at.
