Can it be used under acrylic nails?

It's oily, so I would think that you would have to thoroughly wash it off before you applied the acrylic or it wouldn't stick.

Can this be use for soft corn between your 4th and 5th toes?

I don't think it would hurt anything, but it isn't intended for this use and probably won't help.

How do you apply ? On the nails as a base coat or in between the cracks

Yes, it's an easy application with a small brush. But truthfully the gel that they have seems to work better but harder to apply in that there is no brush. Nail fungus is very difficult to get rid of for sure.

Can you wear nail polish

Yes and this stuff works well to clear up nail issues.
