Whitmor 4-Pair Boot Stand - Gunmetal

Assembly: Took about 30 min to put together because you can easily mix up the top and bottom shelves. Very sturdy! Boot size: I think this is made for a women's size 7M or smaller. Regardless I am a 9M and made this work by staggering each boot 1-2 inches forward and back. See bottom of first picture. My only disappointment about the purchase. Store 8 pairs: Yes, it works for 8 knee high boot pairs. Knew when ordering I wanted to try this before spending money on a second rack. Put the right boot in a slot and then place the left boot upside down in the same slot. See top of first picture. All are knee high except for pair on far right which is calf high. Plus more: May look a little messy, but placed my short boots on top of the 8 pairs. May decide to order another rack just for the short boots as these can all hang upside down in the slots. Tada! Really helped organize my boots. And yes, I wear all of these in the fall and winter to keep my calves warm. Highly recommend and a good value.

I purchased 2 of these stands to keep my tall boots from falling over, getting knocked around, and organized while in the bottom of my closet (they sit perfectly inside my closet underneath my hanging clothes). I have always kept plastic expandable shoe trees in my tall boots so that they keep their form and (as can be seen from my photos) they fit into the boots INSIDE of the stand to keep them standing upright while being stored. These stands were VERY easy to assemble, it took me about 3 minutes to assemble each and it comes with a small wrench and 4 screws that you use to assemble the stand. The stand looks exactly like the photo on the box, so it's very easy. To place the boots into the stand with your shoe trees: (1) remove the shoe tree from the boot; (2) slide the boot into the slot in the stand; (3) hold the boot at the top while you squeeze the boot tree together and slide it down inside of the boot while it is already standing in its slot in the shoe stand; (4) once the tree is in place inside of the boot, let go of the tree and the boot will stand on it's own inside of the stand. To remove the boot from the stand: (1) Slide the stand out of the boot; (2) Slide the boot forward out of its slot in the stand. Very Easy, I'm super pleased with this purchase. The dimensions were perfect so they fit perfectly with what I'd measured prior to ordering and the stand itself is very sturdy.

Easy to assemble, and sturdy enough to hold tall boots. I was able to add another pair by turning one pair upside down and sliding them in between another pair. I would give this 5 stars if it had a bottom shelf for the boots to sit on, as I like to move it and the boots all fall out when you move it. I also like them to be up off the floor for better air circulation around them to avoid moisture problems in the closet. However, I knew purchasing it that it didn’t have a shelf, but I was hoping it would hold them a little better. But for the price, it’s still a good boot rack.

I feel rather mean spirited chuckling at the people who cannot figure it out and believe they recieved one that was defective. I found this so incredibly easy to put together, the directions were practically useless. It’s strong enough to hold 3 pairs of my recent obsession with Dream Pair boots. (That’s like an honest thing btw. I am not being compensated in any way for this review) Anywho the 4th pair of Uggs fit as well, but as you can see in the photo they overlap a little. In all fairness I wear a size 9.5-10 in womens shoes. I felt this is a solid product that does what it says, and relieves you of boots falling all over the place. Major bonus: you don’t lose closet rack space by hanging them! I have a floor heater and sometimes move them over it, to dry out my boots. I would not recommend that if your boots touch the floor. Saw this thing and KNEW i had to have it. Brilliant boot storage option to keep the boots from flopping over. Some boots if already floppy will lean forward out of the supports but no worries just put the boot in upside down so the boot can hang downward in the supports. Super easy to put together. If the 2nd row looks like it doesn't fit.....flip it around. They stack them to fit in the box a certain way but one has to be rotated to be the right angle. It's not defective, just rotate the piece lol

Purchased return item. Shown and described on web site. Light weight. Easy assembly. Functional but can be tricky. Tips over easily if not balanced correctly or knocked into. Some times boots slip out of boot stand inserts.

This boot rack is very cute and minimalist. I had a bigger boot rack but I wanted to cut down on the size so I chose this one, and I loved the gunmetal color. It’s super easy to assemble, and don’t listen to the people who said it comes manufactured wrong, as they just needed to flip a piece over, as I thought the same thing for a second when assembling. I have a lot of over-the-knee boots, so I put some plastic foldable boot shapers inside my taller boots so they wouldn’t fold over the top. Technically this means I wouldn’t need the boot rack as they stand up without it, but I like the rack for keeping them organized and from being knocked over. All in all a great buy!

Whether your shoes are inside or outside your closet, this device keeps your room looking neat and organized. Absolutely love it and would buy again!
