It's out of stock everywhere I checked, where can I buy one

I installed this with my barracuda and the gears aren't moving when my pump is on. The barracuda still works and is pulling good suction. Any idea?

Will this help with hose that gets tangled/coiled while cleaning the pool? My Kreepy Krauly loops back on itself while making laps creating tangles.
