Product well made, but design limits your ability to stack more than two high if full of papers.

Worked out great, holds all my files and is to move when needed.

I'm giving this a three-star simply because it is exactly what they advertised and does exactly what they advertised. However, by the product display from the pictures alone, it didn't exactly seem like it would be cloth. Because honestly who puts a lock on a cloth box? But it does what it's supposed to do, it's small enough to put into the corner and be out of the way, and for what it is it seems like good quality cloth.

NEW REVIEW: After writing the below review the seller made sure to contact me in regards to the product. They made sure I was satisfied by sending out a new unit at the correct width for letter size folders. Really happy with the customer service that they provided. It's been a while since i have experienced such a high service level.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I needed something like this to get my desk clear of miscellaneous files but the file folder box is too wide for letter side, i don't use or have any legal size so not worried about that at all. other than not achieving what i bought the product for it seems to be okay quality..hanging file folders DO NOT FIT.

If you need an empty cloth box for $45, you’ve found it! What a waste of money. I bought this because the photos all show file folders, several different times, so I thought it came with them. Nope! Gotta pay another $20 now and wait for that to come in because it’s just an empty box. A lot of reviews say the folders they bought (since they can’t just add them to the product *as shown in the photos* and charge us another $10) are not fitting properly, so it sounds like this should be another fun way to waste money trying to buy folders that will actually fit this thing in trial by error. Can’t wait to find a product I actually can use so I can throw this in the yard sale pile.

A DEFINITE WINNER!! If you need extra file storage and something easy to store-even under a desk-this is your item. I love the amount of space provided and the fact I can drag it out easily from under my desk. I have records that I store in an outside area and this is perfect to store & protect them.
