I like this product. It works very well. I have experienced little stomach issues since I started taking this. I recommend this product.

Seems to help my stomach issues

I did not expect to feel any difference. I do notice that I also have a BM in the afternoon when taking this product. I am prone to reflux, so I would not use it at night. It was effective at only 1 capsule; 4 are suggested. The label lists a large variety of helpful enzymes and probiotics.

This stuff makes my stomach and intestines burn severely. And that's just from taking one pill.

This is almost magical as my husband and I have opposite digestive issues and this stuff balanced us both out in a week.

My husband has suffered with gut health issues for decades. It varies in severity and sometimes nearly subsides. We’ve been unable to figure out exactly what triggers it, but have found that probiotics/prebiotics help a lot. This is nice because it includes pre/pro/post biotics. It’s been two weeks and he hasn’t had any flare ups. That’s huge. At about $1/day (without the available coupon) this is a fair market price. He takes the pills with meals and hasn’t had any discomfort from them. He says there is no aftertaste.

I love how complete this is, but you might want to test less probiotics first to decide if you really need all these things. These are 4 capsules a day, so only 15 days for $12.99. In contrast, the TruNature Advanced Digestive Probiotic I buy from Costco is 1 capsule/day, 100 days for about $14.99! I'm okay with that. I have benefited from probiotics, so I wouldn't be surprised if this particular formula is more effective and worthwhile for other people.

My wife used to suffer from stomach issues, but over time she has been able to get them under control in part by using digestive enzymes regularly before meals. These performed as well as many more expensive enzyme blends and kept my wife feeling good while eating a variety of types of food, including some spicy dishes. It has a broad array of enzymes, which means it should be pretty helpful for most people eating most types of food. At $20, it really won't break the bank (and I've seen enzymes go for as much as double that). Recommended!
