no complaints, great price. i do think a brand name lidocaine 4% product w/o the icy/hot menthol might work a little better. the icy/hot part comes on a little strong, but abates about an hour later.

The only patch that works for me!
I use these patches frequently . I have to areas along my spine that give me trouble. These are the only patches that I have found that work for me. I’ve tried many many different brands. There can be a slight burning due to the menthol but once you get past that you will know the difference and why these are my go-to!

Really strong vapor release for about 5 minutes then it starts to work. No drawbacks other than the vapor release. Will buy again.
