These are the perfect size to hold a single dose of Benefiber. Instead of spending $$ on the "sticks" Benefiber sells, I refill these to take to work and add to my afternoon water bottle. Two teaspoons will fill these right up to the shoulder. I've not tried them with a liquid, but I cannot imagine them leaking.

These are a good size, and they don't leak. I can carry the bottle in my bag without worrying about leaks.

I agree with the reviewer who noted the bottle color: they are NOT green as the photos suggest. They are, in fact, the dark amber one would normally expect.That said, I bought these hoping to transfer essential oils from larger bottles. Despite the product's listed measurements (11mm oriface diameter), the ones I received measured 12.5mm, much too wide for my 11mm inserts. I returned them as I had no other use for them.

These will be perfect for my need!
