Benson Mills Clear Plastic Tablecloth Protector (60" x 108" Rectangular)

I have used many plastic tablecloths, and this one is the best one, because it is combining function with appearance in the best way that I could find. Pros: it's very sturdy and protects completely the table under it (I've owned one for an year and it didn't get any damage, besides a melted spot from a direct candle flame, which is understandable); it's completely clear, so one can see very well the tablecloth underneath; it is easy to clean, doesn't get stains, an you can simply wash it with the shower in the bathroom and put it to air-dry without any damage; it is not thick, even though it's sturdy (any other plastic tablecloth I have tried is either too thick and then heavy and unpleasant, or too thin and gets ruined super easy), so it's light and falls well on the sides; the edge is beautiful. Cons: the original folds can't be evened completely, even after long ironing through a towel, which leaves places that should be carefully cleaned; if you put something a little bit hot or heavy, it leaves instantly a mark, which may leave with time, but not necessarily. It comes well packed with a thin paper inbetween for easier unfolding, the measurements correspond to the declared ones. I think compared to the majority of the other options, this one does the best job and is worth the money you pay, because it will serve you a long time.

I’ve had mine for almost 6 months and it’s holding up extremely well against the shenanigans of little ones. The ends don’t fray and I like that they’re reinforced with that little thread detail! I’m purchasing another, not because of any defect, but because I picked a smaller size than what my dining table needed. I’ll still be using the small one on my secondary table that I bring out for parties. Don’t second guess this one! I hardly take the time to write reviews but I was just about to place an order for the longer one I need when I thought to leave this review. I’m a person who heavily relies on reviews so if you happen to come across mine, I’m telling you: this is the one! One little thing though, (which I don’t really mind) is that the creases from how it came packaged will not disappear over time. However, with continued use they do flatten out quite a bit and after a while, you hardly notice. Especially if you have a fabric tablecloth underneath with patterns on it.

Actually surprisingly thick. Will resist water, light scrapes or abrasions from sand, etc.. For my purposes I cut a piece off to put under a 40 gallon aquarium. This is perfect to protect surfaces or a table cloth. The edges are surged with white thread which gives it a finished look. Will probably use the rest over our table cloths when we have large parties. Probably won’t resist cat scratches for too long. Like if your cat jumps on it once or twice it would be fine but their claws would shred it eventually it’s not super thick but it’s great for keeping your nice tablecloth clean if you have kids or a party.

Fit perfectly well onto my rectangular glass table!! Definitely worth it especially if you have a tablecloth underneath the plastic. Just make sure you have the correct measurements! I ordered one a bit too long however, folding the end piece fixed it!

I have a beautiful teak dining table. I also have 2 grandkids, current ages 4 and 7. I used to cover my table with saran wrap to protect it from the kids. That worked but it looked weird. This tablecloth is heavy duty, waterproof, stainproof, just all around terrific. I wish I had bought this tablecloth years ago. Now I have no issues when we do craft projects. Paint will dry on the cloth, but it cleans right up later. A cup of spilled beverage is no longer an emergency. We can take our time wiping up the spill. I don't have to worry about food wedging into the grain of the wood. I would buy this again. Oh, one other thing. My table is a weird size, and it was hard finding regular tablecloths that fit. This one fits perfectly.

I am very happy with this clear plastic/vinyl tablecloth protector. This is by far the BEST of three that I have used in the last several years. I purchased my last one from Amazon in 2019 (different company) and it was thin and wrinkled in sections, like when plastic melts. Those wrinkles never flattened out. Fortunately, they were mostly covered by placemats so I lived with it. It did its job - kept the fabric tablecloths pristine. Six years later, it met with a permanent ink stain and so I finally replaced it. I am so glad I did. This new tablecloth protector is thick, good quality, and the only wrinkles are where it was folded for packaging (those folds should flatten out with time). This one is so very much better than my last two - there is no comparison. It looks nicer, is thick, is a good quality plastic/vinyl, is actually a bit longer, and I like the border. I am very happy with it. Yes, it's slippery but they all are - it's the nature of the material. A lazy Susan keeps it solidly place.

This thing has been a game changer. It really is heavy duty! I have a grown up Special needs child living with me in addition to another adult autistic child and an elderly parent. Defending my wood table has been a full time job. This cover has helped me have fun table cloths we can all enjoy with the easy to clean aspect I need.

I love my table cover. It protects my pretty tablecloths. It's such a grandma vibe.

Esta bueno para ponerlo abajo de uno de tela o para manuañidades. Solito no me gusto como se ve porque tiene unas costuras en la punta color blanco que lo hace ver raro. Pero tiene buena calidad. Las arrugas que mencionan creo que se pueden quitar con el tiempo y el uso.
