Good supplement for preschoolers
Got this puzzle toy for our friends' preschool daughter, who's almost five. She (and her parents) are using it as a supplement to her daily preschool lessons (which are now in-person ... finally). The puzzle not only teaches words & letters in a fun way, but it helps improve printing and handwriting too. And the fact that it's a non-electronic toy makes it a winner in our book. The quality of the pieces is durable and the "color-coding" feature is nice.

Good tool for kids.
My 6 yo son who is starting to read and this word builder is a great tool to learn and play at the same time.It does have a big amount of pieces. So it can be sometimes a little overwhelming for him, but overall he likes it.The erasable surface works perfect but i always try to dee clean it so it does get marked. The puzzle comes with a small kids warning because it has small parts that they can swallow. So if you have small childrens just take those out or just be aware.Overall this is a very good tool to use at home, in preschools and would be a great gift.

Great learning tool and fun.
With my daughter having to do most of her school distance-learning last year and having to do a lot this year this is just a really fun and helpful tool for her to do that with. It’s great for building words and putting words together and I really am happy with us she enjoys just taking 15 or 20 minutes sitting down with me and doing this it doesn’t feel like it’s work and just something fun that we do.I recommend this. You won’t be disappointed.I hope this review is helpful for you.

Bright Kindergarten Granddaughter is Challenged
This word builder puzzle challenges my kindergarten-age granddaughter to enhance her understanding of word construction and spelling. Thus far it has proven to be a useful learning tool for her.

Lots of pieces, some of them weird
My kindergartener grandson seems to enjoy this. His parents--not so much because of how many pieces are involved. He does find it kind of annoying to make sure that the pieces are oriented in the designated way, but that's just how the alphabet works. The opportunity to use dry erase to trace the letters is helpful for some of them, but he has been taught to write some letters in different ways than they are printed here, so he mostly just writes over the dotted line letters. Another super weird thing that limits how helpful this is as a learning object is that the lower case "m"s look like smaller upper case "M"s or upside-down "w"s. It is very strange and threw my grandson for a loop. We solved the problem by designating the blank pieces as our real "m"s. I don't see it being very engaging for him long-term, especially as his spelling-vocabulary grows, but it's fun enough for now.

Perfect for teaching letter formations
I am using Channie’s word builder puzzle during my handwriting instruction with positive results. My students like putting the durable pieces together first. The upper/lower case letters are color coded perfectly to emphasize letter placement. You have your tall letters, small letters and descending letters. There are also four blank pieces to place at the beginning and end of the word. This appears to help isolate the word and gives you more space in order to write comfortably. The words are also color coded by either consonant or vowels. The set includes a dry erase marker and an eraser.

Educational
This is a very good educational book. I really like these activity books because I think they are a great way to teach your children. Yet they teach in a fun way and they keep the kids interested. This really held my kids’ interest. They liked the activities a lot. It kept them busy. It was a good way to teach them. There was a lot to it.The book itself is good quality. I like that they are not always on a screen. I would recommend it.
